JAPANESE EMO HAIRSTYLES 2010

Nowadays most kids strive to be called cool among their peers and other people around them. There are several ways to become cool; and one way is by changing one’s hairstyle. Thousands of hairstyles are available for all people according to their lifestyle. One hairstyle stands out from the rest – the emo hairstyle.

You might be familiar with Japanese cartoons called anime and their comics as manga. There are some characters that sport the emo haircut. Or they can be the hairstyle of Japanese origin, the Visual Kei. This trend came about even before the emo genre started making noise on the western part of the world. However, there are similarities that can be observed with the two genres.

Visual Kei Fashion Style

Both have similar characteristics which can be used as the basis for creating a Japanese emo hairstyle.
The key element to any hairstyle is the presence of bangs. Many Japanese girls have their bangs cut across the forehead that compliments their oriental eyes. If you have long side swept bangs, you can say that you are on your way to having a cool emo hairstyle. You can cut your hair to make fringes yourself but if you want a professional touch, go to your local salon and ask the hairstylist to improve your bangs.
Length does not matter with any hairstyle because no matter what the length is, as long as the bangs look good on you, there would not be any problem. If you have tiny eyes, any type of bangs would suit you but make sure you are comfortable with it.
